Parks, and as such executor was, during the years 1934 and 1935, cultivating a hop ranch belonging to his mothers estate. Defendant, Yakima Valley Production Credit Association, a corporation (hereinafter referred to as the company), was organized under the farm credit act of 1933, for the purpose of financing its members in their farming operations.
